: (1) In case of firewood produced from partnership forests, based on all quality (grading), forty percent will be owned by the Government of Nepal, ten percent by the local level and fifty percent by the partnership forest user group and in the case of non-timber forest products. Distribution will be as specified.
(2) The partnership forest user group can prioritize the forest produce obtained from the implementation of the partnership forest management action plan for internal consumption and send only the remaining forest produce outside the group.
(3) Out of the amount received from the sale and distribution of forest products from the partnership forest to the partnership forest user group, the partnership forest user group shall spend a maximum of ten percent on administrative work, forty percent on the forest management work specified in the action plan and the remaining fifty percent on poverty alleviation, community development and local level as specified.
